What does it cost?
$59 a year, billed once a year, not monthly. One price for the whole membership. It renews each year at $59 unless you cancel.
Do I need to change how I pay rent?
No. Just keep paying rent the way you always have. Esusu captures the data either through your property's system or your linked bank account.
Does Esusu report late payments?
No. Esusu only reports on-time rent payments to the credit bureaus. We never report missed or late payments.
How far back can Esusu report?
If available, Esusu can backfill up to 24 months of past on-time rent payments on your current lease to help build your credit faster. The 24-month backfill reporting is at no additional cost.
What credit bureaus does Esusu report to?
All three major credit bureaus: Equifax, Experian and TransUnion.
